1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of naughty-by-nature.co.za and any purchase you make here. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site — no hard feelings.

3. Age restriction — 18+
Naughty by Nature sells adult products intended exclusively for persons aged 18 and older. By using this site and placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18, legally permitted to purchase adult products in your jurisdiction, and not buying on behalf of a minor. We may cancel any order where we reasonably suspect the purchaser is under 18, without liability.
4. Products and pricing
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
- We work hard to keep product information accurate. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.
- Product images are as accurate as screens allow; minor colour variations happen.
5. Orders and payment
An order becomes a binding agreement when we confirm it by email after successful payment. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock errors or pricing mistakes — with a full refund where payment was taken.
6. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only, in plain unbranded packaging. See our Shipping & Discreet Packaging policy for timeframes and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns
Because these are intimate products, opened or unsealed items can’t be returned for change of mind — see our Refunds & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA): defective or incorrect items are always covered.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, branding, artwork, product descriptions — belongs to Naughty by Nature or its licensors. Please don’t reuse it without permission.
9. Liability
We supply quality, body-safe products, but you use them at your own discretion and according to the manufacturer’s instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
10. General
These terms are governed by South African law. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
