Anywhere in South Africa, door to door. We don’t ship internationally (yet).
How long it takes
- Major metros: 2–4 business days
- Smaller towns and rural areas: 4–7 business days

What it costs

Our discreet packaging promise
- Plain outer box — no brand logos, product names or imagery on the outside. It could be a box of stationery. It is not a box of stationery.
- Anonymous label — only your name and address; the sender details never reference Naughty by Nature or the contents.
- Nothing on the outside gives anything away — no stickers, no promotional inserts, no winking.
- Neutral billing — your bank statement shows an unbranded descriptor.

If something goes wrong in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, email hello@naughty-by-nature.co.za with your order number and we’ll chase the courier so you don’t have to.
