No. Your order arrives in plain packaging with no logos, no product names and no imagery. The courier label shows only your name and address — the sender doesn’t reference Naughty by Nature or hint at the contents. Even the courier doesn’t know.

Major metros: 2–4 business days. Smaller towns and rural areas: 4–7 business days. You’ll get tracking by email the moment your order ships. We deliver anywhere in South Africa, door to door.

Yes — that’s non-negotiable. We stock body-safe materials like medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, glass and stainless steel. Product pages tell you exactly what each item is made of.

Welcome! Start small, start simple, and start with a good water-based lube (trust us). Browse a category that appeals and read the honest descriptions — we say who each product suits. If you’re stuck, email us; recommending first toys is genuinely one of our favourite jobs.

Water-based lube is safe with everything — toys, condoms, humans. Silicone lube lasts longer but shouldn’t be used with silicone toys (it can damage the surface). When in doubt: water-based.

For hygiene reasons we can’t accept change-of-mind returns once a product is opened or unsealed — that protects everyone. Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days. Defective or incorrect items are always covered; see our Refunds & Returns policy.

Nope — guest checkout is enabled. An account just makes reordering and tracking easier. (We’d say “for faster repurchasing of your favourites”, but you get it.)
